A long-awaited Maui Couples Portrait session! Robin and her husband Cordal were so excited to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary here on Maui. They’ve been to Hawaii a few times, but they love the Island of Maui the best! It is always an honor to take photos for a couple celebrating a milestone anniversary, and this situation was no exception! We were even more thrilled when we heard the last time this couple had photos taken of just the two of them was 30 years ago at their wedding! They were so in love and sweet with each other, you’d think they were newlyweds on their honeymoon. We love this so much and are truly inspired by their relationship. The way they treat each other is absolutely adorable, they are the very definition of “couple goals”!
Robin’s vibrant blue dress had just the right amount of volume to move gently in the wind without getting out of control. This fun color was perfect for picking up the tones in the ocean and clear sky, while also creating a fun pop against Robin’s olive skin. The happy couple had a blast spending the morning at Polo Beach, celebrating each other and the life they’ve built together. They have three children, but no grandchildren yet, so this was the perfect opportunity to spend a little alone time before life gets busy with the future generation. This photo of the two of them dancing in the waves is one of our favorite pictures EVER! It totally encompasses how sweet, playful and in love they are!
