We recently had the pleasure of capturing Shayla and Shane’s stunning Maui couples portrait, and let us tell you, it was absolutely breathtaking! What made this session even more special is that Shayla happens to be one of our talented wedding coordinators at Simple Maui Wedding, our sister company. It was an incredible joy to work with her and her partner, Shane!
As the golden hour approached and the sun began its descent, we knew we were in for a treat. Shooting at sunset is one of the most romantic times of day for a couples’ session, and it never fails to create a magical ambiance. The warm, glowing light cast by the setting sun adds an ethereal touch to the tropical setting, creating a dreamy backdrop for love to shine.
Spending Time Together
Shayla and Shane looked absolutely stunning together. Their connection was evident in every frame, and their playful and joyful nature made the session so much fun. It was truly a delight to capture their love and happiness in a place they call home.
The natural beauty of Maui only enhanced the romance of the moment. The swaying palm trees, lava rocks, and glittering sand from the receding water provided a perfect background for their Maui couple’s portraits. As the sun dipped lower on the horizon, it painted the sky with soft hues of pink, orange, and gold, casting a warm glow over everything in sight.
In this dreamy atmosphere, Shayla and Shane will come away with some charming portraits. Their sweet and playful interactions at Maluaka Beach created a sense of pure joy. It was a privilege to freeze these precious moments in time and to witness the love they share!
