It’s always a delight for us to see familiar faces! We had the pleasure of capturing Lance and Katelyn’s elopement in 2021, and they returned with the rest of the family for a Maui family portrait! Our sweet family loves the island and visits it regularly. So, it was about time to capture them all with the kids together too!
The Spaceks were on spring break from New Jersey and had been looking forward to this family vacation for quite some time. Finally, after a long winter, they were ready to spend some time in the sun and shed all the cold weather layers! Everyone was in the best mood for their Maui family portrait shoot… It was full of candid and tender moments between mother, daughter, dad, and son alike! They are a very close-knit family, and as we photographed away, we could tell this moment was very special to them all…
A Special Beach To Us
As big beach lovers, the Spaceks chose Southside Beach for their Maui family portrait – a good choice in our book! We love this beach because of its golden sand, clear waters, and epic sunsets. Lucky for the Spaceks, the sky showed off again! And what made it even more special was that Lance and Katelyn were married here on this very beach…
One thing that stood out behind our lens was that they coordinated perfectly for their Maui family portrait! The aloha print is on point! The bright and cheerful print matched their bright smiles and easygoing attitudes.
