Zachary & Haley’s Maui Proposal at the Four Seasons Resort

A Maui Proposal felt like a fitting next adventure for Zachary and Haley. After all, their love story began halfway across the world. Their paths first crossed in Cape Town, South Africa, about a year and a half ago. At the time, Zachary was living as a digital nomad and visiting a new country almost every month. Then he met Haley, and suddenly staying a little closer sounded much more appealing. Funny how meeting your person can rearrange the itinerary.

For their first trip to Hawaii, Zachary had one particularly important plan in mind. Our sister company, Simple Maui Wedding, helped coordinate the surprise at the Four Seasons Maui. Surrounded by tropical gardens, he dropped to one knee inside a beautiful flower circle. Haley’s reaction made the moment even sweeter. After the ring was officially on her finger, the newly engaged couple wandered the resort grounds together. Every hug, laugh, and slightly stunned smile deserved its own photograph.

Then, Karma Hill Photography followed them to Wailea Beach for sunset portraits. Golden light spilled across the shoreline while they celebrated beside the waves and dramatic lava rocks. After exploring so much of the world together, Maui became the setting for something completely new.

Now their biggest adventure gets to be whatever comes next. Congratulations, Zachary and Haley!
