Getting to take Kayla and Justin’s Kukahiko Estate Wedding Photography was truly an unforgettable experience! And we don’t say that lightly. We are always honored to capture a couple’s special day, and always come away inspired by their love for each other! This bride and groom’s wedding day was made even more inspiring by the involvement of family. Kayla’s father and Justin’s son were included in the sweetest ways! All of which brought tears to our eyes, so get your tissues ready and scroll on.
Prior to making her entrance, Kayla shared a first look moment with her dad. Which was a moment we know they will both always cherish! He absolutely loved the way his daughter looked and with Justin being the man he is, was ready to hand his daughter over. It’s easy to see this father of the bride could not be prouder of Kayla and the man she has chosen to build a life with!
The Ceremony
During the ceremony, Justin’s son was included in the most meaningful way! Minister Al had the little guy make a wish before dad put the ring on Kayla’s finger. And another wish with Dad’s wedding band before Kayla gave it to Justin. After enchanging rings, Kayla and Justin not only had vows for each other but for his son too!
These moments had us all in tears and even Kayla’s dad who has attended many, many weddings, said THIS was the most beautiful wedding he’s ever been to! And while the setting, attire, and florals were all on point what made it so beautiful was all of the genuine emotion and love we felt between this couple and our groom’s son. Personal touches and relationships are always the most impactful parts of a wedding day and we love capturing it all on camera!
