Their ceremony began overlooking the endless ocean, framed by palm trees and blooming bougainvillea. As guests took their seats, the soft sound of the conch shell signaled that something sacred was about to begin. Ryan stood waiting, calm but smiling, as Danielle walked down the lush green lawn with her father, radiant in a flowing gown, holding a bouquet of white orchids and tropical greenery. It was a moment suspended in light and emotion…
Surrounded by their closest family and friends at the lovely Gather in Kihei, they exchanged vows that were tender and full of gratitude. Even the littlest member of the ceremony, their young ring bearer, added an extra layer of sweetness to the day. From every angle, Gather offered the kind of views that make Maui weddings unforgettable: sweeping ocean vistas, golden light, and swaying palm trees.

As the sun dipped lower, we captured portraits that felt both timeless and alive. On the beach, Danielle and Ryan moved effortlessly together, relaxed, joyful, and completely at ease. Her elegant gown glowed in the late afternoon light, while Ryan’s linen suit and maile lei tied perfectly into the natural tones of the island. Every frame spoke of connection, not just between them, but between everyone who came to celebrate their love.
Their story began online, with a first date at a hockey game. Then a second. Then a third. Eventually, they branched out from the rink and fell in love over laughter, shared adventures, and countless inside jokes…and now they are officially husband and wife! And Ryan didn’t hold back from filming his gorgeous new wife, too!
Their big day ended with the most spectacular sunset, too! It was the most perfect, picturesque ending to their incredible day. Congratulations to you both!
