Taking a Meaningful Step ~ Alyssa & Stanley’s Oahu Destination Wedding

A perfectly intimate Oahu Destination Wedding! Alyssa and Stanley shared heartfelt vows, bringing tears to their eyes. The moment they exchanged rings, it all became real for them, they were officially husband and wife! It was so special to witness this meaningful step in their relationship and we are honored we got to capture it on camera. We can’t get over the cute wooden box they brought to hold their wedding bands in! It not only made for a great photo prop, it is also a precious keepsake for the happy couple. They are so lucky to have each other, and they know it!
The couple had their wedding colors of light pink, dark green, and ivory incorporated in Alyssa’s wedding bouquet for a subtle effect. We applaud how the bride chose a hairstyle with her bangs braided back and the rest of her hair pulled up into an elegant bun. This is was a great bridal hairdo for an Oahu Destination Wedding, it kept the wind from blowing any hair in her face! Smart thinking, Alyssa! She looked gorgeous in an A-line dress, with a tulle skirt. The subtle train created a stunning effect as it fell along the sandy beach. The groom looked dashing in a navy linen suit with a boutonniere to match his bride’s bouquet! We love that he went barefoot for their Oahu Destination Wedding. We are sure Stanley won’t forget the feeling of sand between his toes as he walked hand in hand with his new wife. As we parted ways, the newlyweds mentioned they were going to celebrate with dinner at the Beach House after leaving Waimanalo Bay. Sounds like a blast!
