The Burnetts are a group of twenty-four people visiting the island! Our charming bunch was vacationing in Maui to commemorate their parents, Mike and Beth’s, fiftieth anniversary! However, this getaway wasn’t their first time in Hawaii. Over the years, this island has become a special place for their family to come together. Above all, we’re glad to have been part of this celebratory trip! We know every member of this party will hold these portraits close to their hearts.
Why They Took Beach Portraits in Maui
Before this session, the Burnetts told us they hadn’t taken a big group picture in almost five years! Since everyone would be vacationing together — they knew it’d be the perfect moment. Our lovely bunch wanted to get as many photo combinations as possible during their time frame. Thankfully, our two photographers effortlessly captured a variety of shots for them. Now, they’ll have a wide selection of pictures to love and display in their homes!
DT Fleming Beach Park set the scene for these Maui portraits! This Northwest spot has a long sandy shoreline — making it perfect for larger groups. Then the striking lava rocks, lush greenery, and cerulean waves created a picturesque backdrop. Although there was heavy cloud coverage and a slight breeze — the weather made every shot look dreamy!
