Fun in the Waves ~ Heather & Joe’s Creative Maui Wedding Portraits

This honeymoon session was all about being creative and spontaneous! Heather and Joe got formal photos on their wedding day so this was their chance to have fun, with a Maui Wedding Portraits session. The adventurous duo jumped at the opportunity to get in the water for some fun shots and a dual trash the dress moment! Which we weren’t expecting and had a blast capturing! The laughter coming from the couple filled the air with their love, making the night all the more exciting! Spending this fun filled evening with Heather and Joe has quickly become a favorite memory for Karma Hill Photography, not that we have favorites 😉 shh. Their love for life and for each other is inspiring and was an honor to witness and capture. We hope these photos always remind them to have fun, live life to the fullest, and laugh through the journey.
We couldn’t have asked for a better night, with warm peachy skies throughout the session and ending with the perfect magical sunset! Polo Beach offered clear water and waves breaking over lava rock, which Maui is famous for. Maui is special for Heather and Joe because this is where they got engaged, so it was an easy choice for their honeymoon, and we are sure they will be back soon!
