When we began the ceremony, the sun shined down on Po’olenalena Beach at the perfect angle! You can see its golden rays lighting up the blue sky while every natural hue at this spot is soft. Then the cerulean water, beige sand, and striking lava rocks exquisitely decorate the background. Above all, we wouldn’t have chosen a different location for this event. The long shoreline was spacious enough for all sixteen guests to spread out and enjoy the wedding!
The Intimate Maui Wedding Photography
Janie and Nick made their special day unique by having two ministers! Kahu Euta started the ceremony off with a harmonious conch blow, then he coordinated the lei exchange. After this, it was Billy’s turn to perform the declaration of consent, vows, and ring exchange. Lastly, after Kahu Euta pronounced Janie and Nick as husband and wife, they signed their marriage license with him. Both officiants shared meaningful words during their sermons. Most of all, they made Nick and Janie’s ceremony much more heartwarming!
Before the sunset, we took advantage of golden hour and captured more Maui wedding photography! The ambiance at Po’olenalena Beach was dreamy and serene — ideal for a portrait session. Next, Janie and Nick had a radiant newlywed glow in every shot. Not to mention, their blissful smiles and loving looks of adoration made every picture more romantic!
