It was our delight to photograph Jordanna and Derek’s Maui wedding recently, which was a heartfelt and gorgeous celebration! Their Maui wedding photography coverage marked the next step in their romance and the happy future that awaits. Our charming couple was excited to finally tie the knot with their closest friends and family, who traveled from Canada, by their side. They originally planned a family vacation to the islands, but they figured, why not get married here too?! It turned out to be a spectacular day, as you’ll see in these beautiful highlights below…
Our sweet couple met at work, but Jordanna had a strict rule not to date anyone at work. But Derek was persistent and knew what he wanted! He got a promotion, moved to a different position, and asked her out the very same day… The rest is history! And a loving and supportive one at that…
There were a few passing showers over their ceremony location at Gannon’s, but that didn’t stop our newlyweds from smiling ear to ear! Our sweet couple was overjoyed to share this moment with their friends and family, despite the fickle Maui weather! As we say in the islands, “no rain, no rainbows!”
After traveling all this way, our newlyweds wouldn’t pass up the chance for some beautiful newlywed portraits by the water’s edge at Southside Beach! It was always Jordanna’s dream to share this moment with her father, who passed when she was just 8 years old, but she knew he was right there by her side, celebrating this special moment with them both…
