Our island was bustling with families on spring break recently… and it was our delight to capture the Maiers’ Maui family portrait before heading back to school! Their eldest, Jack, is a high school senior so it felt celebratory too… It was even more special for parents Peter and Jacqueline because they honeymooned in Wailea 20 years ago! Beach Blues

We met our sweet family at Southside Beach for their Maui portrait session, and what stood out to us immediately was how well they coordinated in blue and white! Blue and white are naturally beachy and nautical colors, and it looked perfect and not too matchy-matchy… We love the beachy blue color palette of their final portraits, don’t you? In addition, the weather was absolutely divine, with blue skies and ample sunshine. Since this was a special trip for Jack’s senior year, capturing some memorable family portraits in a beautiful place like Maui only made sense!

Everyone was so at ease during their portrait session; their love and closeness were palpable through their big smiles and sibling bonds. This will surely be a spring break to remember for Jack, Parker, and Harrison!

After a few family portraits, we wanted to capture this sweet pair who still remembers their honeymoon like it was yesterday! Peter and Jacqueline were so happy to be back in Maui with their boys… These Maui family portraits will surely be treasured for many more years to come!
