Vibrant Colors + Sunshine = Portrait Perfection

From the moment we met at Old Kona Airport Beach, we knew it would be an unforgettable morning. The Moore family wore the most cheerful, beachy tones—think bright corals, sunny yellows, and sea-glass greens. Against the dreamy backdrop of Pauoa Beach, the colors popped in the best way. It was like a tropical postcard with a heartbeat.

But the real magic wasn’t just in their outfits—it was in their bond. They laughed. They hugged. Scout gave her parents the biggest smiles, which made our job ridiculously easy.

There’s something extra special about photographing families at this stage—right before a big life transition. Scout is about to graduate high school, and this trip was a chance for the Moores to slow down and soak up these moments together.

Throughout their tropical family photoshoot, we explored soft sandy stretches, hidden lava rock nooks, and spots with sweeping ocean views. Morning light danced on the water, wrapping this sweet family in soft, glowy goodness. Truly, these were sunset family photos Hawaii vibes—just in the morning!

Our session was filled with spontaneous giggles and heartfelt moments. Heidi and Kevin clearly adore Scout, and watching them interact was heart-melting.
