There’s a special joy that comes with reuniting with familiar faces and capturing their journey through the lens. For the Raney family, their visit to the Big Island marked another chapter in their annual vacation tradition. As longtime clients, we were thrilled to welcome them back and witness how their family had grown since our last photo session!

The Raney’s love for the islands runs deep, and Maui had been their go-to destination when their children were little. Karma, our founder, had captured their precious moments during those early years. However, this time, they opted to explore the beauty of the Big Island, bringing with them the excitement of creating new family memories. Their Big Island family portrait will be a wonderful addition to their Maui ones in the past!

On a beautiful morning at Anaeho’omalu Bay, the sun shone brightly, casting a golden glow on the beach. It was a scene that perfectly matched the warmth and love shared among the Raney family. As we greeted them, it was heartwarming to see how their children had blossomed into remarkable individuals.

We marveled at how time had flown since their last portrait! These annual photos are a testament to their nurturing family.

This sunny morning marked the Raney family’s ninth time trusting us to capture their precious moments. Can you believe nine sessions!? We were humbled and honored by their continued confidence in our ability to preserve their memories. It was a true privilege to witness their growth and capture the essence of their unity in their Big Island family portrait! It’s always good to switch it up once in a while too, or in this case, island!
