There’s something about palm trees, baby giggles, and salty air that turns an Oahu family portrait into something so much more. And the Raspino family’s session at the Four Seasons Ko’Olina was the sweetest proof.
Patrick and Monica arrived with their two adorable boys, Braden (the bouncy, curious four-year-old explorer) and Tyler (a smiley six-month-old who honestly deserves a baby modeling contract). From the very first click of the camera, it was clear: this wasn’t just about posing for photos. This was about savoring time together in paradise.
We started the session strolling through the resort’s lush tropical gardens, where the palms swayed and the sunlight filtered through like something out of a vacation dream. Monica and Patrick couldn’t stop beaming, kissing little cheeks, twirling Braden in their arms, and soaking up the pure joy of being in the moment with their boys. Tyler gave us the softest smiles, and Braden? He had us all laughing with his beach-bound energy and big-brother pride.

Then came the beach. And oh, what a beach it was, golden sand, gentle waves, and that glowing Hawaiian light that makes everything feel just a bit more magical. The Raspinos held hands, chased after Braden’s sandy footprints, and kissed their kiddos. It was so endearing to see! How adorable are their boys? They were the best sports when it came to posing for us!
Family portraits in Hawaii aren’t just about pictures. They’re about creating memories, freezing joy in time, and saying, “This. This is our love story right now.” The Raspinos showed up with open hearts and left with golden memories wrapped in hugs, laughter, and tiny sandy toes.

Truly, the best time is family time, and we were honored to capture every beautiful second of it. And to end with a sunset like this? Even better!

When Joe reached out to us, he had a plan, a brilliant, heartwarming, sneaky little plan. He told Leilani they were just taking couples portraits on their Hawaii vacation. A fun photo session, nothing out of the ordinary. But hidden behind the casual smiles and hand-holding on the itinerary? A ring and a once-in-a-lifetime surprise
