Fall in Paradise ~ Fonda & Zachary’s Maui Elopement
Fonda and Zachary’s Maui Elopement was every bit as epic IRL (in real life) as it was on camera! They decided to bring seasonal fall colors to the beach by incorporating them into the bride’s wedding bouquet and flower crown. We love the way the different shades and types of flowers created a rustic tropical boho look, perfect for this time of year.
We cannot get enough of Fonda’s simple crochet wedding dress! You’d never be able to guess by looking at her that it rained on their wedding day, she looked positively put together and perfect in each and every shot. Wearing your hair up or back is always a good idea for a Maui wedding because the wind can be unpredictable. Plus if it does happen to rain on your wedding day your hair will still look great in photos! Zachary is one smart groom and decided to pair a linen shirt with linen pants to create a casual yet classy look for their Maui Elopement. Linen is always a great option for a wedding in the tropics because it keeps you cool in hot weather and doesn’t look obviously we if it starts raining. This couple stuck it out longer than most would, which we love because their beach photos turned out awesome! However, we are thrilled that these two luckily were staying at a nearby hotel, the Montage and we were able to head over to this dream location to escape the rain and take a few dramatic photos. We are so so glad it worked out to get some truly unique photos of this happy couple on their wedding day!
