No tropical trip is complete without taking some family portraits in Kauai! While the Ericksons were visiting the island, they met up with us on the shores of Hanalei Bay. We captured a variety of heartwarming and unforgettable memories for this group. Above all, we know this sweet bunch will remember their time in Hawaii with these photos! Since our charming family was staying in the Princeville area, Hanalei Bay was the perfect location for this session. This North Kauai spot has a lot of breathtaking scenery! Surrounding our delightful bunch are lush palm trees, dramatic mountains, and foamy cerulean waves. Next, the morning weather was perfect! A few silky clouds were hanging in the light blue sky, but the sun was shined vividly.

The Remarkable Family Portraits in Kauai

The Ericksons are an adorable family of four visiting the island from Roy, Washington. Julie, her husband, Kurtiss, their six-year-old daughter, and three-year-old son were soaking up the warm weather! Not to mention, you can tell they enjoyed every minute of their beach time. You can see the Ericksons’ vibrant smiles and joyful expressions in every shot! Then, the bright sun naturally enhanced the dreamy ambiance of every picture. Lastly, our precious group dressed perfectly for these photos. Their outfits are comfortable, simple, and beachy!

However, it was exciting to photograph the Erickson’s Kauai family portraits! Our lovely bunch was enthusiastic and adventurous from the start. As soon as this energetic group arrived at the beach, we knew they were ready to make some dynamic memories! Then, they explored the shoreline with us and sat in the sand. Most importantly, we adore how they weren’t afraid to get into the water and make a little splash!
