Several years ago, the Henry family started a new tradition! Since they take group vacations often, they decided to take photos at every destination. These pictures capture the vibe of the area they’re visiting, so they can remember their experiences. They’re also a beautiful snapshot of their household! The Henrys love to travel! They’re a busy family, so exploring new destinations is a way for them to connect through experiences. Although they’ve been to breathtaking locations, they were excited to add Hawaii to their list! After we found out they enjoy hiking and being out on the water — we knew their vacation would be unforgettable!
Acadia National Park in Maine, the French Quarter in New Orleans, and Mt. Rainer are amongst the places the Henrys have visited! We can only imagine the adventurous experiences they’ve had at these locations.
Why They Took Beach Portraits in Oahu
Besides being a tradition, the Henrys wanted to take photos to remember their time in Hawaii. They were looking forward to the backdrop being a beach setting with the sweeping ocean and dramatic mountain views. Not to mention, this charming bunch has been to Oahu before; but this was their first time seeing the east side! After this session, they were excited to explore and get to know this part of the island.
The Henry family consists of Tanya, her husband, Scott, and their three kiddos! Their two sons are fourteen and twelve years old; they are both very musical and enjoy sports. Then their daughter is nine — she’s a spitfire who adores ice skating, soccer, and playing the piano! Lastly, Scott is an architect, while Tanya is a writer.
