One Big Loving Family – The Mills’ Kauai Family Family Portrait
The Cleal & Mills family’s recent portrait session in Kauai was a joyful and heartwarming event, perfectly timed to capture beautiful photos for Christmas cards and cherished memories. With three families coming together, Shipwrecks Beach provided a stunning backdrop for this special occasion.
Our morning with the families began at the beach, ensuring we didn’t miss the perfect early light. The session was filled with laughter and playful moments, capturing candid shots that truly showcased the family’s bond. With so many people, 90 minutes flew by, but we made every second count!

The Cleal clan and their adorable 4-year-old daughter Callie captured candid shots, including Callie’s giggles and twirling around reminiscent of their favorite wedding photo! This beautiful couple is a return client as we captured their wedding in 2016!
Amanda’s family, including her husband Tyler and 15-year-old daughter Kailee, joined in the fun. Tyler, the goofball, brought lighthearted energy to the session, while Kailee’s shy nature added a sweet touch to the family dynamics. Amanda’s openness to direction ensured we got some fantastic shots of their family unit! Aren’t these photos just so sweet? Moreover, we know these will be their new favorites in their family album.
Bev and Lou were also thrilled to be part of this memorable day. It was a big, warm loving bunch and it was an honor to capture their beautiful families to celebrate Jenny’s 40th birthday!
The day was nothing short of incredible, with everyone embracing the experience and contributing to the beautiful family portraits. The beach’s natural beauty, combined with the family’s genuine joy, made for stunning photos that will be treasured for years to come.
