Round Four (And Still Glorious!) – The Boyle’s Maui Family Portrait
These faces look familiar! If there’s anything more magical than a golden Maui sunset, it’s a family of six who actually enjoys getting their photos taken. Meet the Boyles, repeat pros at this whole “Maui portrait session” thing. This was their fourth time at Ironwood with us (yes, fourth!), and somehow, each session keeps getting sweeter than the last. Carl and Lauren first got engaged here in 2014 and now they return with four kids who are basically the living embodiment of sunshine. Ella (8) is the reigning queen of cooperation, smiling with the poise of a seasoned big sister. She has that natural “I’ve got this” energy that photographers dream about.
Sophia (5) brings all the joy… with just a dash of spice. Just the cutest! Then there’s Lucia (2), who, in true toddler fashion, had us all working for that giggle. But oh, when Daddy turned on the silly? She was all in with the best belly laugh. And then their newest little addition and chill caboose, James! He’s one lucky little guy to have three doting sisters!
Friendly Faces, Floral Dresses
The whole crew twirled in the sand, laughed in the breeze, and melted all of our hearts. Their outfits? Floral perfection.Their energy? Radiant chaos wrapped in love. And honestly, that’s the best kind.
The Boyles always remind us why we do what we do, to freeze these sweet, fleeting chapters. Because kids don’t stay little, but photos like these? They last forever (and look pretty great on your walls, too).
The girls wore dreamy tulle dresses that were dreamy floral confection embroidered with vibrant daisies, poppies, and the kind of whimsical detailing that made them look like they stepped out of a fairy tale.
Each dress matched but wasn’t too matchy, giving every sister her own personality-in-bloom moment. And baby James? Classic in his blue gingham romper, totally stealing hearts with his easy-going smiles and pinchable cheeks.
Same time next year, Boyle family? We’ll bring the camera. You bring the sunshine! Mahalo for choosing us again for moments like this! It’s an honor to see your family grow over the years…
