Hawaii has a special place in the Candiff’s hearts. This charming group has visited this tropical location several times. However, they haven’t been back to the island since 2013. While they were here, they took Kauai beach portraits to capture this moment. We had a ton of fun photographing this lovely bunch! Most of all, we can tell they enjoyed being in front of the camera. The Candiffs are a charming family of five visiting the island from Oregon! Our beautiful bunch consists of Kristine, her husband, Ron, their two children, and these kiddos’ grandma. The last time the Candiffs took group photos was in 2015 — before their youngest daughter was born. Once we learned this, we knew this session was significant! We made it our priority to capture some heartwarming portraits. In addition, we wanted to ensure this delightful bunch would enjoy every second of this experience!
The Joyful Kauai Beach Portraits
Lydgate Beach Park set the scene for this session; this beach portrait location created the perfect background! Although heavy clouds were covering the sky, they made every shot look dreamy. Then the East Kauai landscapes enhanced the magical ambiance! You can see the lush green mountains, calm cerulean water, and lofty palm trees surrounding the shoreline. Most importantly, we adore this portrait location because it has a rustic and natural feel!
In 2003, Kristine and Ron tied the knot in Poipu! Before this gorgeous pair had kids, they visited Hawaii many times. They were excited to bring their little ones with them; so they could experience this island’s magic too! The Candiffs enjoy making memories together whenever they go on a trip. We’re happy their Kauai beach portraits capture some of their moments!
