Last week it was to our delight to capture Emily and Alexander’s Maui couples portrait! They couldn’t have asked for a better day! Our beautiful newlyweds basked in the sunlight and salty ocean breeze at the start of their new chapter together! Newlywed Bliss

Our lovely couple was recently married through our sister company, Simple Maui Wedding! They were so excited to capture a few private moments as newlyweds without the noise and fanfare…Emily and Alexander wanted a seaside setting with a dramatic backdrop – Maui has plenty of those!

The salty mist swirled around them as the ocean waves broke against the rocky cliffs…it was absolutely stunning! They are so in love, and we can feel their deep friendship and adoration for each other. After the fun celebrations of their gorgeous wedding, these portraits are so serene and dramatic!

We walked carefully around the rocks and tidepools, which was a little tricky for Emily in sandals, but it was well worth it, as you can see! In addition, their Maui couples portraits capture the raw elements of the island!

The scene of their beautiful backdrop was at Ironwoods, renowned for its natural rocky cliffs and ocean view. This is one of our top recommendations for a portrait because the scenery is so stunning and pure magic! Our lovely couple was in awe of the natural beauty surrounding them in between shots!

After venturing on the weathered rocks, we went down to the beach below for some fun in the waves and sand! Emily looked so ethereal in her beachy, bohemian gown as she stood with her love on top of the cliff, which reflected the seaside ambiance!

Once we got down to the water, our happy newlyweds were more than ready to get a little wet in the waves! The aquamarine water was so inviting – even to us!

As the sun began to lower in the sky, our delightful couple were so enthralled with each other…a pure blissful dream for any hopeless romantic! The light was so enchanting and added to the magic in the air!

Alexander adores his beautiful new wife, as you can see… Maui indeed has showered our lovely newlyweds with aloha and love!
