From Childhood Friends to Forever – Linda & Kevin’s Maui Wedding Photography
If you had told Linda and Kevin’s elementary school classmates that the quiet, studious girl and the outgoing athlete would one day reconnect and be captured in Maui wedding photography, no one would have believed it. But life has a way of writing the most unexpected love stories, and theirs turned out to be one of resilience, friendship, and second chances.
Linda and Kevin grew up in Oklahoma, knowing of each other but never running in the same circles. She was shy and studious; he was extroverted and athletic. After decades apart, fate stepped in when Linda moved back to Oklahoma to care for her parents. Around the same time, Kevin reached out through social media during his own difficult chapter. A casual dinner turned into long conversations, laughter, and eventually, a love that carried them through a pandemic together under one roof.
Though Linda once insisted she’d never marry again, Kevin promised that if she changed her mind, she could be the one to propose. And she did, on the fifth anniversary of their first date, at the same restaurant where it all began. That “yes” led them to Maui, the island they both fell in love with, and the perfect setting for their wedding. Isn’t that the sweetest love story?
