Every petal, every step, every moment was thought out with the kind of care that says, “I know she’s the one.” And on a dreamy Maui day, with the help of our sister company Simple Maui Wedding, he brought that vision to life with breathtaking perfection.
He led Ann, completely unaware, totally radiant-down the beach to a scene that could’ve been plucked straight from a movie: a stunning flower circle of coral roses, bright ginger, and delicate orchids, glowing under the Hawaiian sun like it had bloomed just for them. And then he dropped to one knee…
A Maui Proposal Portrait To Cherish
Ann had no words. Like, actual hand-over-mouth gasp! Not because she wasn’t thrilled (oh, she was), but because Richie pulled off such a stunning, heartfelt surprise that her breath was completely stolen. Lucky for them (and for all future storytelling purposes), we were right there, quietly capturing every look of disbelief, joy, and love.
She said YES, of course-how could she not?! And then? Cue the celebration. Their friends arrived, the hugs started flowing, and so did the laughter. The kind of laughter that bubbles up when something really amazing just happened.
They posed, they giggled, they couldn’t stop smiling. The light was soft and pastel, wrapping around them like the day itself knew how special it was. The colors, the joy, the feels, absolutely everything came together effortlessly.

Richie and Ann looked so sweet in these photos, completely wrapped up in the moment, all soft smiles and happy tears. You could just feel how in love they are. And once the big “yes” was sealed with a kiss, they were absolutely glowing so ready to celebrate with their friends, bursting with excitement and joy.
