Our beautiful family was so happy to be in Hawaii for a change, as they usually chose Colorado’s rocky mountains for their family portraits! Brian and Ashley’s lovely daughters were so happy to be at the beach! They both are very active and love sports! Big sister Maryn, 10, is on a competitive basketball and swim team, and sweet Makenzie, 8, plays soccer and basketball and loves to swim!
We love the floaty pastel beach dresses the girls chose, which fit the beachy scene perfectly! They may be sporty, but they also have their girly moments too!
A Maui Vacation To Remember
Their lovely parents, Brian and Ashley, love to travel and vacation. There is a debate in their household about whether they like the mountains or the beach more! (Maybe we are biased, but we do love the beach!) Brian owns his own audio-visual company, and Ashley works in Aerospace so they were more than ready for a family vacation!
Every year they have their family portrait taken in Colorado with the golden leaves and earthy tones, so this time, they wanted Maui’s soft, pastel, beachy colors for a change! Southside Beach was the best choice for them because it has plenty of tropical scenery, and the sunsets are gorgeous!
They were so loving and playful with each other; it was a joy to see! It looked to us like they loved the change of scenery!
Their sweet parents were so proud of their girls! It will be a vacation they will never forget!
These two were so adorable together and were not shy in the slightest about our camera! Our beautiful family embraced the go-with-the-flow attitude of the island, as you’ll see below! These moments of their Maui family portrait will be memories they will cherish forever!
When the sun dipped below the horizon, our beautiful family got a little playful and wet! But that didn’t stop them from jumping in further! Their Maui family portrait was relaxed, fun, loving, and, most importantly, a welcomed change! It may not be rocky mountains, but the beach isn’t so bad either!
