We were thrilled to have this special Ohana back on the island! First, it was Grayson’s turn for Oahu senior portraits, and now it’s Sydney’s! Waialae Beach brought both the sun and the light drizzle of a Hawaiian blessing for our morning session. But what’s so awesome about Hawaii rain is that even when it happens, there’s often sun to be seen! And both Sydney and the Oahu sun were ready to shine! 

The Oahu Senior Portraits

It was a blast getting to know Sydney and capture her beautiful smile behind the lens. It’s been a challenging school year, and we have HUGE respect for all our seniors finishing off the semester! And on top of completing a once-in-a-century school year, Sydney was also sporting a smile and positive energy that couldn’t be beaten!

Carrying herself like a young woman ready to dive into her future, Sydney was absolutely glowing on the shore! We loved the way she owned her presence and didn’t shy away from the camera! This senior is going places! 

Later in the session, the island sent its blessing with a light sprinkling of rain, and Sydney didn’t falter. She was lovin’ the refreshing mist and we were lovin’ the star-like twinkling effect it was giving off!

Her family and loved ones joined her for a few shots to celebrate the milestone, and the love and pride they felt was nearly tangible. But of course it was! Just look at Sydney! Who wouldn’t be bursting at the seams with pride over a daughter as vivid and brilliant as she is? Keep scrolling for more!
