Southside Beach was the location for this session, and it is full of breathtaking scenes! Since the sun is beginning to set, there’s a golden glow in every shot. This radiance is naturally enhancing the brilliance and enchanting ambiance of these photos. Surrounding our stunning couple are dramatic lava rocks, vibrant greenery, and cerulean water. Above all, we like how effortlessly the lofty palm trees scattered around this South Maui spot frame each picture!
Why They Took Maui Anniversary Portraits
Tracie and James were initially supposed to get married in Maui on March 26, 2020. Unfortunately, due to COVID, they had to change their plans. Instead, they ended up tying the knot in Las Vegas, Nevada, a year ago! Now, they’re finally taking their Hawaiian getaway to celebrate their first anniversary! Based on their blissful smiles, you can tell they’re enjoying every second of this celebration in paradise. Above all, now they’ll have a collection of memories to remind them of this magical time!
Our charming couple wanted some captivating couples photos and a few spontaneous trash the dress shots! During their Maui anniversary portraits session, we made sure to capture a variety of romantic moments. However, the location was most important because they wanted the backdrop to have character. Southside Beach was the ideal background because of its picturesque landscapes and long sandy shoreline. There was plenty of space for our passionate pair to walk along the seaside. Not to mention, the calm waves were perfect for them to get their feet wet!
