A Close-Knit Bunch – Utecht Family’s Maui Beach Portraits

The Utecht family wanted to get one good picture of them where they’re all smiling and looking at the camera. Luckily, we captured so many great Maui beach portraits of this delightful bunch! The Utechts are a close-knit family unit of four visiting the island. This trip was Ally and her husband, Tim’s, first time here with their three-year-old son and nine-month-old daughter! Above all, our blissful bunch celebrated Tim and Ally’s tenth anniversary during their Hawaiian getaway! You can tell this cheerful group is ecstatic to be commemorating this significant occasion in paradise. Everyone has a joyful expression on their faces, and their smiles are bright!
The Sunny Maui Beach Portraits
Polo Beach gave us the perfect backdrop for this session. The weather was flawless, and the landscape was breathtaking! Only a few silky clouds hung in the sky, so the morning sun was shining down on the shore brilliantly. Then surrounding our lovely family are dramatic lava rocks, lush greenery, and azure waves. Most importantly, we like how the long sandy seaside provided plenty of backgrounds for this session! We captured shots of this bunch walking by the water, sitting in the sand, and standing in front of the vibrant foliage!
We had a wonderful time taking Maui beach portraits of this bunch. As soon as this enthusiastic family arrived at the shore, we knew we’d capture a variety of beautiful shots! These kiddos had a ton of energy while their parents were blissful and savoring their time in Hawaii. However, our favorite thing about these shots is how lighthearted they are! During this session, the Utechts had fun and were playful with their poses.
