The Lighthearted Maui Proposal Portraits

Bradey’s proposal and the heartwarming times after Jen says yes are what makes these photos so lovely. Although, this portrait is one of our favorites because it’s so romantic! Bradey is popping the magic question, and Jen’s face is full of shock and adoration. We like how Bradey walked to the edge of the shore before getting down on one knee. Our cute couple can see the natural beauty and relive the delightful moment they got engaged with this stunning shot. Above all, you can tell Jen didn’t see this surprise coming! 

DT Fleming Beach set a marvelous scene. The weather was overcast, but the clouds left behind a breathtaking spectrum of colors as the sun set! You can see the teal waves, golden sand, and dramatic lava rocks decorating the background. We like this Northwest Maui spot because it never fails to provide soft lighting. You can see how enchanting these portraits are because of the delicate glow from the sun.

We had a great time capturing these photos! Our charming couple wasn’t afraid to have fun during their session. Bradey and Jen sat on the lava rocks, got in the water, and even included their friends in some shots! Most importantly, you can see how thrilled Jen is to be engaged, while the happiness on Bradey’s face is undeniable.

Bradey and Jen were visiting the island from Kansas City, Missouri. They are beginning to buy a house and can’t wait to start their lives together! We hope some of these Maui proposal portraits will be on display in their new home.
