Together in Paradise – The Koenings Family’s Maui Beach Portraits

The Koenings family wanted a splendid reminder of what being together looked like for them. So while they were visiting Hawaii, they had us capture their Maui beach portraits! These pictures are lighthearted and charming, so keep scrolling to see them for yourself.
This delightful family consists of five adults and five children — with the youngest little one being four years old. The Koenings bunch was visiting from Washington for a Thanksgiving holiday! Most of this group has been to Hawaii before, so they knew this trip to paradise would be magical. Not to mention, they got a short escape from the North’s winter weather!
The Location For Their Maui Beach Portraits
Southside Beach created a breathtaking backdrop for this session! Cerulean waves flowed onto the beige sand as rich greenery surrounded the shore. Above all, our favorite thing is the dreamy sky decorating the background! In every photo, it paints a different picture, but it is still exquisite. At first, the heavy clouds were glowing radiantly. Then you can see them clearing out, letting a bright shade of blue peak from in between them!
We adore these portraits of our beautiful family enjoying the horizon! The brilliant colors of their dresses contrast elegantly with the deep sapphire ocean. What makes this picture so special is the delicate rainbow framing them flawlessly! And this next photo is an effortless candid shot. You can see the kiddos exploring the shore while their parents look at one another lovingly.
It was a pleasure to capture the Koenings’ Maui beach portraits! The little ones were playful and energetic, while the adults were enthusiastic and cheerful! You could tell this happy bunch was savoring every second of their family getaway, and it made every shot more heartwarming. Most importantly, these images are stunning! We know they’ll always remind this gorgeous bunch of the unforgettable memories they made together in Hawaii!
