A Maui proposal portrait is already something magical, but Brianna and Danny’s story made it unforgettable. Brianna and Danny’s story is exactly that. Six years ago, they met in San Diego, two people starting fresh, finding common ground, and eventually discovering the kind of love that makes everything brighter.
Danny, an electrician, and Brianna, a hairstylist, work hard in their daily lives, but always find a way back to each other at the end of the day. Together, they’ve built a life filled with good food, their sweet dog Annie, and a partnership rooted in gratitude and growth. After celebrating their 5-year anniversary in February, Danny knew it was time to ask Brianna to be his forever.
The plan? Genius. He told Brianna they were doing a couples’ portrait session, so she wouldn’t suspect a thing when a photographer showed up. They began with a few relaxed shots, the kind that show their natural chemistry, until Danny surprised her, dropping to one knee on the cliffs of Ironwoods Beach. The ocean crashed dramatically below, the golden sun wrapped them in light, and Brianna’s expression said it all. And she said yes!

From there, the proposal turned into a portrait session filled with light and laughter. The two of them posed on the cliffs as the sun bathed everything in gold, their happiness radiating through every frame. Ironwoods brought its trademark drama, towering cliffs, rolling waves, and cinematic skies, while Brianna and Danny brought the romance.
Our photography style leans into these once-in-a-lifetime moments: natural, emotive, and cinematic without losing the intimacy of candid joy.

Congratulations, Brianna and Danny! Your Maui proposal portrait was everything: stunning, heartfelt, and a perfect reflection of your love story. We hope you enjoy every second of your time together on Maui!
