They were on vacation with their little girl, Kayla, who was so happy to splash around on the beach! They came to Maui years ago, and it’s always been one of their favorite places. Our Maui family photographer met our sweet family at Polo Beach at sunset for their portrait session. We love shooting at this time of day because the lighting is so soft and flattering and creates a dreamy feel in the portraits. The Schwedes loved every minute of their Maui vacation, and their joy was palpable throughout their portrait session! They are a close and loving family, and these moments with their little girl are priceless…

Kayla warmed up to our Maui family photographer’s lens and jumped, played, and giggled down the beach! She was happy to strike a pose in the golden light! Her doting parents will surely treasure these endearing portraits for years to come…
