When you graduate, you’re closing out one chapter of your life and opening up a fresh new beginning! Since Sophia will be crossing the stage soon, we captured her Maui senior portraits. Lahaina Shores Beach set the scene for this session, and we like how this location provided a variety of backdrops! Since the morning sun was high in the sky, the soft glow made the sandy shore look dreamy. Then, we explored this spot and captured some photos on the elegant staircase and in front of a rustic wood wall. Above all, our favorite thing is how every different background creates a unique ambiance for the pictures!
Why We Love Her Maui Senior Portraits
As soon as this bunch arrived at the beach, we could tell they were ready for us to capture some lighthearted moments. While we took Sophia’s senior portraits, she wasn’t afraid to give us a variety of expressions and have fun with her poses. Not to mention, both of her outfits are beautiful — especially the boho-chic white dress she made herself! Then when it was time for group photos, you could tell the Ehret family was comfortable in front of the camera.
The Ehret family consists of four people: Anastasia, her husband, Fred, and their two children! Their son, Phillip, is fifteen years old and is a sophomore in high school. While their daughter, Sophia, will be graduating soon and is waiting to hear back from different colleges. Most importantly, our delightful group has been to Hawaii many times! They had no doubts the island’s natural beauty would be the perfect backdrop for their photos.
