Last week, we had the pleasure of joining Nina and Byron at the beautiful seaside to capture their Maui anniversary portraits. These photos are romantic, dreamy, and intimate! Two years ago, Nina and Byron tied the knot on Ironwoods Beach! We had the pleasure of photographing this special day. Now they’re back to celebrate their anniversary! We can’t think of a better place for our delightful duo to commemorate their love. They started a new chapter on Maui — it’s fitting they return to create more memories on the island. Not to mention, they’re also taking portraits at the same place they got married! There’s no doubt this west Maui spot is close to Nina and Byron’s hearts.

The Breathtaking Maui Anniversary Portraits

Of all the places to get married and take anniversary photos — Nina and Byron chose the perfect location. Ironwoods Beach is full of stunning landscapes you won’t find at another seaside spot. The dramatic lava rock formations, sapphire waves, and pearl sand create an exquisite background. Then the sun sets right over the shoreline! You can see how the sun’s rays leave a brilliant golden glow behind. We love how this natural vibrance creates a dreamy and romantic ambiance in every shot!

Everything about this Maui anniversary portrait is perfection! We adore how our passionate pair is smiling blissfully at one another. It is such an intimate moment to capture on camera! Then the aqua waves crash against the lava rocks creating a captivating scene. Most importantly, we like Nina and Byron’s comfortable but chic attire!
