Traveling Together – The Davis’ Maui Family Portrait

There’s nothing quite like capturing the special moments of a family vacation, and that’s exactly what we did for the Davis family on their first trip to Hawaii! Stephanie and Trevor, with their three adorable children, Bennett, Jackson, and Alta, were ready to soak up the sun, sand, and surf of our beautiful island. Their Maui family portrait session was a wonderful way to preserve their memories of this special time together, creating images that will be cherished for years to come. It’s hard to believe how fast kids grow up!
As a family just starting to travel more together, this trip to Maui was extra special for the Davises. The kids were thrilled to be on the beach in Hawaii for the first time, and their excitement was contagious! See more of their fun in the sun in these sweet photos below!

During their Maui portrait session, Stephanie, Trevor, and their kids fit right into the Hawaiian tropical scenery at Southside Beach. Against the backdrop of a golden sunset, their beachy aloha-style prints and beach clothes perfectly captured this beautiful island’s laid-back and relaxed vibe. And their look and energy were a reminder that a family portrait session can be fun and carefree!

There is something truly magical about a family portrait session by the ocean! The golden sunshine creates a warm and inviting glow that is so breathtaking despite their kiddo’s silliness!
This light is everything! We love how these portraits are backlit by the setting sun. We love how airy and lighthearted they feel…simply gorgeous! These salty, golden memories will be wonderful to look back on as their kids continue to grow.
